Permanent magnet compressor of ZLS-2ic

Two stages theory
Two independent electronic motors straightly drive the air end to work, the compressor obtains a relative speed consequently to reduce the leakage of pressure air, so it can output more pressure air, and be able to flexibly adjust the pressure, also it is easy to maintain and can keep long turn, therefore the performance in two stages is better than one stage.

Permanent magnet compressor of ZLS-2ic

The ZLS-2iC of generation2 compression power is better than ZLS-2ic of generation1 by five percent, also the ZLS-2ic is fully
updated, including 7-inch touch screen, special cooling spray and motor, director drive design. Moreover, we use all new technologies like communication system, dedicated fully intelligent driving algorithms.

1.JAGUAR intelligent drive as well as achieve without the gear wheel transmission.

Our ZLS-2ic has an intelligent control system and uses dual air-end, dual frequency, and dual cooling fans, between one stage and two stage from auto constant pressure to assure optimal pressure. The pressure can be flexibly adjusted based on customers’ demands, while this function saves energy for customers, without the gear box, and the fault spots are reduced, which make the transmission efficiency reach 100%, thus reduce maintenance.

2.JAGUAR Integrated internet of things andwater-cooling system

A unique water-cooling system is used to assure the stable temperature of IE4 electronic motor. There is also an auto water
cycling pipeline, so you won’t vex to need external water.
Updated to a new central processing unit and use internal internet of things, 7-inch touch screen brings more convenience and efficiency.

3.JAGUAR special cooling spray design

The air-end of one stage and two stage adopts a special cooling spray design at the end of shaft block on the one stage, which enable better cooling between the one stage and two stage, so that the two stage compression of air compressor will be closer to isothermal compression.
